She has a wealth of experience litigating asbestos-related lawsuits before federal and state courts, as well as a variety of appellate and Supreme Court bodies.

During her time at Brobeck, Vogel worked on asbestos cases, including those of respondents of the Asbestos Claims Facility in Northern California. The case files contained SEAR forms (Short Encapsulated Evaluative Reports), which contained confidential information on the claimants, such as medical reports, work history and an inventory of asbestos-related products that plaintiffs worked with or around. Vogel was required to have an account password to access these files and could go through the SEAR forms of any case she had with her current employer.

The Bowles Rice Asbestos Team, in addition to its vast experience in appellate and trial work, is nationally recognized for its ability to successfully negotiate settlements for its clients. In this capacity, the firm collaborates closely with plaintiffs' lawyers in the preparation and execution of settlement agreements.
