Upgrades can increase the stats of a piece of equipment and sometimes even its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the number of random augmentations used.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an item you have acquired like a weapon, armor or ring. The item is replaced with another item of the same type and comes with different benefits. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective way to upgrade gear. They don't keep the original level of the item, and any resources wasted won't get compensated.

The surviving players can acquire reroll tokens in several ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in chests and crates or purchased from the market for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of the equipment that could include increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.

Players can roll their equipment using three aspects three categories: physical power, magic power and health. Upgrades to physical power boost the damage caused by weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional amount of health.

There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare, and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a higher quality, with the requirement of a higher-quality reroll token order to make it. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, rare upgrades require a special or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The marker for rerolling, unlike markers or tokens placed on action spaces, remains on the space till the next success is rerolled. This helps you avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the start of each preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by grasping them. Once they are open, they display a full description and icon of the appliance or ingredient that they correspond to. Blueprints can be exchanged for new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of coins.

As a result, you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This alters which blueprints the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that increase the quality of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. They are also available to players who have completed daily contracts.

To upgrade item equipment to upgrade gear, players must first locate the item then click the "level up button". The menu will be displayed that shows the item's current status and what it will be when being upgraded, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to do so. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Typically, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires only one green or blue Growth Stone.

After selecting the item to upgrade the player must select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay for the cost. Once the requirements are fulfilled, the player may then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will increase the item's level a certain percentage. The upgrade process can take from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process is also safe and doesn't impact the durability of the item. This makes the system an excellent way for players to get an advantage in battle without putting a strain on their accounts. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item to a new piece of gear.

New players may find it difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are several ways to obtain them. You can complete contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that allows players to increase the stats of their weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade materials will be consumed and the item will receive an upgraded level. This process can continue until the item reaches its highest level.

Items that have upgraded base stats display the blue icon in their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components cannot be stacked with each other, but can only be added to a single item at one time. Each upgrade component requires an amount of items as well as a certain level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station features two slots: the left one is where players can put in a piece of equipment to be upgraded, while the right side shows a glimpse of what the gear will appear like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once is a player has enough resources will start the upgrading process.

A piece of gear can be upgraded up to five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.

When an item reaches its maximum capacity, it will no longer have the option to upgrade. Also, when a piece of gear reaches the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be put into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools to provide an added bonus or effect when the equipment is being used. They can be purchased from vendors, looted or obtained through questing or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by acquiring new ones. However, this could ruin the previous upgrade.

Requirements

Items upgrades allow players to increase certain stats of armor and weapons they already have. The requirements for upgrading an item will vary depending on its type, but you'll typically need Dilithium along with an amount of Upgrade tokens.

The upgrade items can be incorporated into equipment set pieces and weapons for additional effects or to increase the quality item. These upgrades can be gotten through a variety of sources in the game, including through crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or retrieved from dungeons. Once an upgrade component has been placed in an item it can't be removed and substituted without restriction, however glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped without restriction.

The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can boost the item's statistics.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" boosts the base defense, and also gives an additional 20% chance of blocking. The DPS "Wildfire", however increases damage from weapons.

Some items benefit from being upgraded less for their increased stats and more because it lets players get the maximum amount of value out of a perfect roll on the item upgrades. For instance, a perfectly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x the non-upp'd version.

If you choose an upgrade component to be inserted into an item the game will display an open window that displays the necessary requirements. The game will show the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item level upgrade.

The game will put an item in your inventory after you've completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will update to show you how far to finishing the upgrade. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by visiting any item upgrades upgrader NPC.
