Item Upgrade Tips That Will Change Your Life

Upgrades to gear increase its base stats and sometimes boosts its extras. The value of these upgrade is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations are made available.

For instance, the top racial shield Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb function in PvP, or to add additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item like an armor, weapon or rings. This allows you to swap the item for a different one of the same type, with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens can be an efficient method of upgrading equipment. However, they don't keep the quality of the original item, and any wasted resources will not be refunded.

Survivors may acquire reroll tokens via a variety of methods, including from the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in chests and crates or buy them from the stores for $150 each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attributes of an item of equipment such as increasing its damage.

Players can reroll their equipment into three aspects that include physical power, magical power and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase the damage caused by weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

Three types of reroll tokens are available: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to a higher quality. To create them, you'll need a higher level reroll token. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item, rare upgrades require a unique or a legendary item upgrader kit [Suggested Looking at], and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

In contrast to other special tokens and markers that are placed on action spaces, the reroll marker remains on the space until the next success result is to be rerolled. This is a way to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase, and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they display a description and icon for the appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of coins.

Growthstones

The menu will be displayed that shows the item's current status and what it will be after being leveled up and the required amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.

After selecting the item to upgrade the player must select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. After the player has met the requirements, he can click the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will raise the item's level a certain percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item and rarity, the upgrade process could take between seconds and minutes.

The upgrade process is safe and doesn't impact the longevity of the item. It's an excellent option for players who wish to gain an advantage in battle but don't want burden their wallets. Additionally players can transfer experience and progress of an upgraded item onto a new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

New players may find it difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are a variety of ways to obtain these stones. You can complete contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, get them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. In addition players can also cut down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that allows you to boost the power of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials, and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume the upgrade materials and grant the item a higher level, granting the item a boost in that particular area. This process continues until the item reaches its maximum level.

Items with upgraded base stats will display the blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments can't be applied to more than one item upgrading at the same time. Each upgrade component also requires a certain number of items as well as a certain equipment level.

The Upgrade Station features two slots: the first is where players can put in a piece of equipment to be upgraded, while the right side shows a glimpse of what the equipment will look like once it is at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow after the player has enough materials will start the upgrading process.

A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its stats will be increased by a small percentage. The maximum level of an item upgrades is 19.

When an item reaches its maximum capacity, it will no longer have the option to upgrade. When a piece of equipment is upgraded to a certain track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for the track will be offered at discounts.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can slot into armors, weapons, trinkets and gathering tools to give an additional benefit or bonus when the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through quests, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by acquiring new ones. However, this can cause the old upgrade to be destroyed.

Requirements

The upgrades to items allow players the ability to boost certain attributes of armor and weapons that they currently have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item will differ based on the type of item however, you'll generally require Dilithium along with a number Upgrade Tokens.

Item upgrade components can be incorporated into equipment set pieces and weapons for extra effects or a higher level of the item. These upgrades can come from many sources, including crafting, buying from the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is placed in an item it can't be removed and replaced freely, however, the glyphs used in gathering tools can be swapped without restriction.

Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that could further enhance the stats of the item.

The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun", for example, increases base defense and gives an additional 20% chance to block. The DPS "Wildfire" on the other hand, increases weapon damage.

Certain items benefit from upgrading less for their increased stats, but for the fact that it allows players to get the maximum amount of value out of a perfect roll on the item. For instance, a perfectly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50 times the value of the unupp'd version.

When you choose an upgrade component to slot into an item the game will display a pop-up window that shows the required requirements. This includes the type of item (either Armor or Weapon) the tier of the item as well as the Upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

Once you've satisfied the conditions for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will be updated to show how close to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
