We were capable of testing the EV9 on an unpaved highway for several hours and found it to be simple to drive and comfortable to drive for long distances. The EV9 can be used to block road noise and wind while driving along the highway. It rides smoothly over ruts and humps. The car's acceleration is surprisingly quick, and it has adjustable regenerative brakes that allow "one-pedal driving" simply by taking off the accelerator.
