The XL Air is a very impressive buggy. It's easy to see why it has received such high marks from customers. It's extremely light - the chassis and wheels weigh only 6.5kg - and it's also easy to put together. In fact, I was able to complete the entire setup and running in less than five minutes, which is amazing given that it included attaching the fabric for the carrycot!

The seat is large and comfortable for Annie, who is 12 months old. The recline lever was easy to operate. There's plenty of room inside the basket and I like the fact that it comes with a zip-up compartment in the handle bar so you can keep your keys and phone safe!

The only downside is the handlebar is low, which can be an issue for parents who are taller. However, it's encased in a lovely leather-like material that's soft and comfortable, and it wipes down easily, meaning it's still a breeze to push with bags and children on your hands!

The Runner is designed for active parents who are eager to go outside and explore. The large pneumatic wheels can be utilized on field and forest paths. The front 3 wheel tandem stroller is lockable and swivels for added versatility. It also has a padded 5-point safety harness and a front bar to ensure your child is safe throughout your journey and the parking brake is able to stop the stroller from moving even when you rest. The comfy seat is easy to lower to a comfortable lying position, and the canopy opens up with netting to ensure maximum air circulation during hot days. The handle can be adjusted by more than 30cm to fit mum or dad.

The Runner will accompany you on any adventure whether it's a leisurely walk, a longer hike or a long-distance trek. It has a fully-flat lay-flat seat with suspension air wheels for smooth and comfortable riding. It's the most recent and most expensive product in their bargain-priced lightweight stroller collection. It's also, like the Ickle Bubba Aurora and Yoyo, is car seat adaptable so you can use it from the beginning (the carrycot folds away).

The new Pace features some stunning design features such as a rose-gold tint on the chassis, hood and stroller trims, which really set it apart. The stroller and car seat fabrics are fashionable in tan, grey and cream. You can also choose to add a leather handle and bumper bar to match.

The stroller seat is used from birth up to 22kg. It easily converts into a reversible 2-in-1 position, either parent-facing or world-facing. The stroller seat comes with multiple lie-back positions, soft padded leg rest support and comes with an extendable sun canopy featuring concealed zip sections, viewing see through flap and an retractable sun visor.

When folded, the Pace measures 56 x 43cm x 32cm, which allows it to be used as hand luggage on Easyjet and Ryanair. It's also easy to collapse, with two buttons on either side of the handlebar which just click in and then pop out.

Bugaboo Fox 5

Bugaboo's Fox 5 is designed to be the ultimate, all-terrain stroller. Its unique chassis features shorter 3 wheel baby stroller length that makes it more maneuverable than its predecessor. I tested it with my two kids - one a toddler and another eight week old - over rocky pavements along woodland paths, grassy trails and even cobblestones.

The large, puncture-proof wheels - either 22cm or a bit larger - can handle different terrains. They also come with an easy flap that opens or closes to let more air in should you need it, which is a nice feature. It's a bit bigger than most pushchairs, yet does not feel heavy or bulky when you are pushing it over bumpy surfaces.

The fabric for the seat can be washed by machine and the faux leather frames and grips are easy to clean. It is also quieter than other pushchairs and I was comfortable using it in busy city streets. One of the advantages is that it incorporates accessory points. This means you can put in footmuffs, parasols, changing bags and even a snack tray. You can also use the hood to block rain and wind, but it's not particularly waterproof. It's a single pram, but you can attach their Comfort Wheeled Board (not included) to give your child some extra leg room. The bassinet took about 20 minutes to set-up, and it took the same amount of time to transform it into an actual seat.
