If you're on a budget and don't want a stroller that doubles up as a car seat carrier, the Babyzen Yoyo is a good choice. It has a simple, one-step foot brake that's flip flop friendly.

This basic double stroller from Delta Children is an excellent option for parents who want a budget-friendly secondary travel stroller. It scored highly in our Strollers and Multiples Test for weight and folded dimensions, which means it's lightweight, compact when folded, and easy to carry and put in a trunk of a car. It also comes with the option of reclining in multiple positions and an adult cup holder. Other features of note include 360-degree shock-absorbing front wheels, as well as two large storage bags that hang from the ceiling.
It did better in our push and turn test than most of the strollers we tested but is still difficult to maneuver over uneven terrain or through narrow doors. The sunshades it has are among the most compact we tested, with only direct overhead coverage and no peekaboo windows. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 and Zoe Twin+ have larger sunshades.
It took us just under three minutes to put together the Delta with a manual. The parts are all non-required and required tools. However, it is missing some essential features that we think it is important to consider as non-negotiable features in a double stroller, for example, a larger basket, and reclining seats with adjustable leg rests.

The front wheels are able to be locked in a forward-facing position or swivel. This is useful for navigating through rough terrain. When we walked along the stony path we let them move and it performed well, although it seemed a little bumpier than others that we tested.

Baby Jogger is known for their 3-wheeler, all-terrain pushchairs for jogging, but they also have a wide assortment of strollers with four wheels. The City Tour 2 is one of their most loved models. It is simple to fold and fits easily in the trunk of a car even with an attached carrycot.
It's a bit heavier than other strollers that we tried, but the wheels are a rubber composite so it feels well-made and sturdy. It is easy to maneuver on different terrains, and even with two kids as well as a shopping bag and other things.
Both the seat and carrycot have hoods that are able to be lower to reveal the UV50+ sun canopy extension. They are water-resistant and durable, unlike some other prams' hoods that are turned back into toddlers' faces.
It's not the biggest of storage space, however it does come with a huge basket that's large enough to fit a changing bag and plenty of groceries. It also comes with a travel system equipped with the ability to add a car seat or carrycot with the adaptors included. The brakes have a single stroller with standing board action and are colour coded. They also can be used with flip-flops.

This budget-friendly pushchair is simple to use and comes with an excellent dual suspension. It can be folded using just one hand, and comes with a convenient carrying strap. It's also super lightweight and durable. The seat can be reclined into many different positions. It also comes with a double breathable mattress that is suitable for babies.
The canopy/seat has two extra-large fixed or flip-out sun visors and both are UPF50+. However, the toggle closure isn't perfect because it's not as quiet as Velcro and can wake sleepy babies.
The Duet is a angled stroller that can accommodate twins or siblings. (Up to 22kg per seat). It is compatible with two infant car seats and works with some carrycots. In twin mode the seats can face each other or rotate around to face parents, theoretically reducing sibling rivalries over who gets to sit with mom and dad. It comes with a big gear tray, a bottle holder and snack trays. It also has a compact stand fold and automatic frame lock.

The Thule Urban glide 2 is the perfect jogger for parents that like to be active. It's one of the lightest strollers for running that you can buy your child. It also comes with excellent safety features, such as the 5-point safety harness and wrist safety strap. It comes with a different kind of hand brake unlike other models that is an interesting twist.
The seat is comfortable and has a wide area to sit in, however the depth of the seat is less than other joggers that we've tested (it's about 10"). The storage bin is equipped with an open-top cover that can be closed to keep items secure. It can hold up to 10lbs, which is enough for most diaper bags.
The Urban Glide 2 doesn't come with adapters to fit most bassinets and infant car seats, but you can use them from the first day using adapters that work with brands such as BOB, Graco Combi Evenflo Britax UPPAbaby. It folds compactly and takes 5-10 minutes to put together with no tools. The instruction manual is easy to understand and includes multiple languages.
