Why All The Fuss Over Item Upgrade
Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
The upgrade of gear can increase its base stats and sometimes enhances its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random augmentations used.
For instance, the top shield for racial discrimination Razortail is often upgraded to enhance its lightning absorb function in PvP, or to add additional defenses on missile based builds in PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to roll a purchased item such as a weapon, armor or ring. The item is swapped for a different one of the same type with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method of upgrading gear. They don't keep the original level of the item and any wasted resources won't get compensated.
The surviving players can acquire tokens to reroll in many ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests, or purchase them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attribute of a piece equipment for example, increasing its damage.
Players can reroll their equipment using three aspects three categories: physical power, magic power and health. Upgrades to physical power boost the damage caused by weapons and melee attack while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with an extra health.
There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a better quality and requires an upgraded reroll token in order to create it. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item, while rare upgrades require a unique or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
The marker that rerolls, unlike markers or tokens that are placed on action areas, stays on the spot until the next Success is being rerolled. This helps to prevent the waste of upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the start of each preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by grasping them. When they are opened, they display an image and description of the Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for the amount of coins.
As a result, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a game. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls, and those that are located in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve armor, weapons and other items. These are special stones that increase the value of an item by improving its stats or characteristics. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. These stones are also available to players who complete daily contracts.
To upgrade gear to upgrade gear, players must first locate the item, then click the "level up button". This will display a menu that shows the item's current status and what it will be after being upgraded and the required amount of Growth Stones to do so. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.
After selecting the item to upgrade, the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay for the cost. Once the player has met the requirements, he is able to select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level by a specific percentage. Based on the rarity of the item the upgrade process can be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.
The upgrade process is also safe and doesn't impact the longevity of the item. It's a great way for players who wish to get an edge in combat but don't want strain their wallets. Additionally, players can transfer the experience and the progress of an upgraded item to a new item by clicking the "transfer" tab.
The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be daunting for new players. However, there are many methods to obtain these stones, such as completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that lets players increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. It's done by combining an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station, paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will use up the upgrade materials and give the item a higher level, granting the item upgrading an additional boost in the area. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item has been reached.
Items that have upgraded base stats display a blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, can't be added to more than one item at once. Each upgrade component also requires a certain number of items, as well as a minimum equipment level.
The Upgrade Station comes with two slots: the left is where players can place an item to be upgraded, while the right side shows a glimpse of what the equipment will look like once it is at its next level. Once the player has enough items and has pressed the yellow arrow will start the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time the item level upgrade is upgraded, its base stats will be increased by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.
Once an item has reached its highest level, upgrades are no longer available for it. In the same way, once an item reaches a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades for the track will be offered at a discount.
Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be slotted into weapons, armor trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to provide an added bonus or effect when the equipment is in use. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be swapped by acquiring new ones. However, this could cause the old upgrade to be destroyed.
Requirements
Upgrades to items allow players to increase certain attributes of armor and weapons they already have. The requirements to upgrade an item vary depending on the kind of item upgrader but generally, you'll need Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).
The items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to equipment and weapons. This gives them additional effects or an increase in item level. These upgrades can be obtained from many sources, including crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is inserted into an object, it cannot be removed or replaced. However, glyphs can be swapped freely.
Upgrades can boost an Best item upgrader's Mark Level or Rarity. Additionally, some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can increase the stats of an item.
For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense and adds an extra 20% chance to block. The dps "Wildfire", on the other hand increases damage from weapons.
Upgrades can be beneficial to some items, but not because they boost stats. They are more valuable to players if they can get a perfect roll. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x the non-upp'd version.
When you select an upgrade component to be inserted into an item, the game will display an in-game window that lists the required requirements. These include the item type (either Weapon or Armor) and the level of the item and the Upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.
The game will place an item in your inventory once you've completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will update to show how close you are to finishing the upgrade. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by visiting any Item Upgrader (articlescad.com) NPC.
