Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrading gear increases its base stats, and sometimes increases its other features. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations are applied.

The racial Shield elite Razortail, for example, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption function in PvP or provide additional defenses to missile-based designs in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable over the unupgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens are a way to reroll an acquired item like armor, weapon, or rings. The item is swapped for one similar item, with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective option to upgrade equipment. They don't preserve the original equipment's condition and any money wasted won't get compensated.

The survivors can acquire reroll tokens through several means, including from the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in chests and crates or purchase them from the stores for $150 each. Reroll tokens are used to change the attribute of a piece equipment, for example increasing the damage it can cause.

Players can roll equipment in three aspects: physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase damage from weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

Three types of reroll tokens are available such as upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to a higher quality. To make them, you'll need a higher level token for rerolling. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The reroll marker, unlike other markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces stays on the spot until the next success is rerolled. This allows you to avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Stage, and can be opened by grabbing them using Interact. Once they're opened they will display a complete description and the icon of the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. The restaurant's shop will trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.

During the course of an event, blueprints may be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to the choice of Franchise Cards. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop offers for rerolls, and also those that are in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons such as armor, weapons, and other accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that can increase the level of an Item upgrader Kit by increasing its stats and attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade their gear players first need to locate the appropriate item and then click on the "level up" button. The screen will show a summary of the item's level, and what it will be when it is upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the item. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires only one blue or green Growth Stone.

After deciding on what to upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. When the requirements are fulfilled, the player may select the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will raise the item's level a certain percentage. The upgrade process can take from a few seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process is completely risk-free and does not affect the durability of the item. This makes the system an excellent way for players to gain an advantage in battle without putting stress on their bank account. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded item onto the new gear.

For new players, it can be difficult to acquire Growth Stones. However, there are many methods to obtain these stones, such as completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena season. Additionally, players can take apart the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that lets players increase the stats of their weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. It is accomplished by combining an item with upgrades at the upgrade item Station and paying a fee in Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume the upgrade materials and give the item upgrades an upgrade level, giving the item level upgrade an additional boost in the area. This process can be repeated until the highest level of an item is reached.

Items that have upgraded base stats display an icon of blue in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, cannot be added to more than one item at the same time. Each upgrade component requires an amount of items and a minimum equipment level.

The Upgrade Station features two slots: the left is where players can add a piece of equipment that they wish to upgrade, and the right slot shows a preview of what the gear will look like once it is at its next level. Once the player has enough items by pressing the yellow arrow, it will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its base stats will be increased by a small amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.

When an item reaches its maximum level, its upgrades are no longer available for it. Also, when a piece of gear reaches the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be put into armor, weapons, trinkets, and gathering tools to provide an attribute bonus or extra effect when the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, acquired through questing or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be changed by acquiring new ones. However, this will destroy the old upgrade.

Requirements

The upgrades to items allow players the ability to increase certain stats of weapons and armor that they currently own. The requirements to upgrade an item differ depending on the type of item however, you'll usually require Dilithium as well as a number Upgrade Tokens.

The items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to equipment and weapons. These will provide additional effects or an increase in level of the item. These upgrades can come from a variety of sources, including crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from raids and bosses. Once an upgrade component is placed into an object, it is not able to be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.

Upgrades can increase an item's Mark Level or Rarity. Certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can improve the stats of the item.

The helm upgrade item "Foundation of the Sun", for example, increases base defense and provides an additional 20% chance to block. The DPS "Wildfire" on the other hand, increases weapon damage.

Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable to players when they achieve an exact roll. For instance, a perfectly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x the non-upp'd version.

The game will show you the requirements once you choose the upgrade component to be incorporated into the item. These include the type of item (either Armor or Weapon), the tier of the item as well as the Upgrade Token required, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.

Once you've met the required conditions for upgrading the game will put the item in your inventory and the progress bar will be updated to show how close to completing it. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any item upgrader kit upgrader NPC.
