Baby Jogger City Select Stroller & City Select Car Seat
The City Select 2 Stroller Eco Collection is a versatile stroller that can be converted from a single stroller to double stroller by the addition of a second seat or glider board (sold separately). The City Select 2 Stroller Eco Collection can be set up to be a triple travel system with the addition of a bench or infant car seat. It has 24 configurations in total and is the highest-rated stroller. This model is made with Baby Jogger's soft durable, breathable and sustainably-sourced TENCEL fabrics. They help regulate temperature. It has a leatherette handlebar, bumper bar, and belly bar. It folds 20% smaller than the industry-leading single-to-double stroller, the UPPAbaby Vista V2, and is lighter, too.
It comes with a medium-sized shade and an open-air window with a magnet, which is easy to open and close. The telescoping bar can be one of the most easily adjustable and is suitable for parents of all heights. The seats recline and come with a footwell adjustment button so you can position your child to ensure maximum comfort. The storage bin has plenty of room, but we would have liked to have a more secure latch. It's easy to access but we discovered the zippers to be a little frustrating since they need to be completely removed and refastened every time you use it.
The City Select, like its siblings, has single-action breakers that are simple to set up and release by pulling a lever on the frame side lower than the handlebar. It's barefoot and sandal-friendly and a significant improvement over the toe-pinch lever that a few of the competitors use.
This is the only stroller we examined that accepts two infant seats. It's a great option for parents with twins or an infant on the way. It can fit the majority of infant car seats from major brands with an adapter. We tested it with Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30 and Graco Click Connect models as well as the Cybex Aton, Aton Q and Nuna Pipa.
The City Select is not compatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. It's a good option for families that already have an infant car seat and are looking for a stroller that can accommodate it however, you might be better off with another convertible stroller that fits an additional car seat for infants in this instance.
