Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum-mop combinations can be customized with a specialized app to save maps of your home, set cleaning schedules and select mopping options. They also allow you to alter suction power and fine tune the amount of water and scrub action your mop makes use of.

A mapping feature aids your robot navigate through rooms while an obstacle avoidance function helps it avoid hitting wires, furniture or other pet toys. These are must-have features in my house, filled with toys scattered around.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the company's flagship vacuum and mop, is packed with features. It's able to both mop and sweep in a single session and even raise its brushes and mop pads to stop soft surfaces from becoming too damp. It can also avoid obstacles by finding pet toys, plants, and other small objects.

The robot automatic vacuum cleaner and mop has a suction power of 6,000 pascals which is more than any other robot vacuum we've tested to date. It also comes with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation, which tracks its position, which prevents it from getting stuck on a surface.

Mopping capabilities are also impressive and features the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply constant pressure of over 6 Newtons to the mop pad, resulting in deep cleaning. It also has a mop lifter system which lifts the pad automatically when it changes between tile and laminate hardwood, carpet or rugs, to avoid soaking the soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be washed and heat-dried within the dock and the dust container will get emptied and automatically returned to it. This means you can just leave it in place and forget it, and only need to replace the dust bag or refill the water tank on occasion.

This is all powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. I tested it with its standard vac and mop settings for around 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to run low on power and return to its base to recharge. This isn't too far from the 180 minutes that Roborock claims and is on the same level with other hybrids I've tested.

This is a very complete and robust product, with the only downside being that it's pricey. But, the sheer number of features makes it a very appealing choice for anyone looking to ditch their old stick automatic vacuum and mop and mops. If you can afford the price we recommend you check this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is an expensive combination. The price is justified by the powerful features, which include a massive vacuuming capacity and two mop heads that gyrate. It also includes a smart, app-enabled controller and a mighty obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros which is one of the most powerful robotic vacuums and mop combinations available. In my tests, it was able to perform very well in all areas of the house, removing 98.4 percent of the debris on all floor types and managing to lift long hair with no getting caught in. The mops also performed admirably and produced excellent results for cleaning with less effort than many mid-range models. This was due to their rotational motion and a strong dose cleaning solution.

The docking station is the real selling feature of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and sophisticated. The dock empties its dustbin into dirt bag, then refills its water tank for mopping and dry the mop pads for you. It also comes with an in-real-time system for detecting hazards and allows you to schedule periodic cleaning sessions via its intelligent controls.

The L10S Ultra does not offer the best robot vacuum cleaner and mop performance in removing carpet debris in comparison to the other hybrid vacuum mops I tested. The mops of the L10S Ultra aren't as effective at removing stubborn stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's high-end features, it still requires regular care and maintenance. Its base station needs to be cleaned, and the water tank and dust bag should be cleaned, empty and dried on a regular basis to avoid mildew and unpleasant odors. The mop pads sold separately will also require changing regularly.

With the L10S Ultra's pricey price tag and extensive functionality, I would recommend it to anyone with the funds for it. If you're looking to save money I would suggest a less basic model that allows you to save money and enjoy hands-free cleaning at your home. It's worth noting that even the L10S Ultra is the best mop and robotic vacuum you can buy however, its price and ongoing maintenance will eventually make it more of a wish than a necessity.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop you require to get rid of messes and clean dirt off your floors. This high-powered mop and robovac combo packs a strong 8,000 Pa of suction power, an impressively large battery that can be used for both vacuuming and mowing and top-quality obstacles-avoiding. It comes with a roller-mop that is self-cleaning and makes it stand out from models that require you to return to the base station to wash off the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a big departure from the microfibre pads and spinning discs that other robots. The roller covers the entire length of the bot and is continuously supplied with clean, ozonated water from its dock. When it turns the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt and any dry debris is picked up by the side brushes, or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro then takes the mop water into its base station which is then absorbed by the tank's heating elements and dumped into a larger storage canister. The tank that is onboard can hold a good amount of water and can handle up to a half dozen mopping session before running out.

The S1 Pro comes ready to use right out of the box as do most robotic vacuums and mops. The S1 Pro will need to be filled with clean water. This is easily accomplished in the cleaning dock. You can also add a cleaning solution to the dock, if you prefer to have the option of using your own brand of cleaner. If you do select this option you'll need to purchase the branded cleaning solution from Eufy which is more expensive than other robot brands that allow you to use your own choice of cleaners.

As with most robots like it, the S1 Pro did well in the area of coverage and navigation efficiency. It was quick to map a room and it easily navigated around furniture. The only issue is that it was stuck a couple of times on carpets with longer piles and rugs in my tests, but this may be fixed when the software is upgraded. The S1 Pro is a very powerful robot that can be bought at affordable prices.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's basic mop and vacuum, and it still offers some impressive features. The dock's multi-function function is emptying the robot's dirtbag, refilling its water tanks, as well as cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is handled by the dock. The mopping system itself is capable of cleaning up a significant portion of an area before returning to its dock, and the vacuum's extreme suction is capable of picking up debris and pet hair on carpets.

The software that runs this appliance is dense, with a wide choice of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can set it up manually to start an entire map and take care to clean everything that is mapped by the device, or you can choose individual rooms, expandable zones, or even a routine you've created. There are several mopping options that include SmartPlan -an algorithm that uses the sensors of the mops to determine the most efficient way to tidy your home as it maps the space.

The Qrevo performed well during our tests, just as all Roborock models that we've tested. Its navigation system is efficient in locating rooms quickly and cleaning them in a well-organized manner. The default pathing setting is excellent at covering a room, with no major gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance function works well, however it is not as advanced as the color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect dangers like thick carpets, but it may not always detect small things like rug tassels or electrical wires.

The most obvious flaw with this device is the absence of a mop-after-vacuum option, which could be a problem for those who are frequently vacuuming before cleaning their robot. There's a simple solution to this issue: The app offers an option that lets you "clean up", at the end of each session. You can use the vacuum's mopping functions to remove the dust and traces that were left behind after vacuuming. It's a nice feature and can help this robot get rid of a bit better than its less expensive competitors.
